Terms & Conditions

General Terms

All services provided by Epix.shot.it are subject to these terms and conditions.
By using our services, you agree to comply with all our company regulations.
Photography and videography projects are scheduled based on availability.

Payment and Pricing

Clients are required to pay 50% of the total cost upfront upon confirmation of services.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final project.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are acceptable 2 days prior to the shoot.
For clients outside Nairobi, transport and accommodation will be at the client's expense.

Delivery and Turnaround

Photos and videos will be delivered within 48 hours of the shoot completion.
Final files will be provided in high-resolution digital formats.
Epix.shot.it cannot guarantee delivery on weekends and holidays. Applicable for only official business days.
One free revision for corrections in preference of the client needs.
For additional revisions, extra costs will be discussed further.

Usage Rights

Clients receive non-exclusive rights to use the images and videos for promotional purposes for their business.
Epix.shot.it retains the right to use all materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.
Third-party editing and redistribution without prior consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Epix.shot.it is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible shooting locations.
